Le Cœur et l'Âme · Photograph by the author · 3h 47m of exposure, DwarfLab DWARF 3
It made its closest approach to the Sun on 13 April 2026, at 3.57 astronomical units. The photo of 5 July 2026 catches it in Ophiuchus, 2.78 astronomical units from Earth: a short pale streak, below and to the left of a very bright star, whose right-hand end falls at the position that JPL Horizons calculates for that evening.
